When we take over the regular care taking / cleaning of your block of units, we carry out the following tasks whilst inside your building/property:
- Vacuum all carpet and hard surface areas
- Wet wipe all sills, rails and skirtings
- Remove all cobwebs from in and around building
- Check all lights and replace blown globes, moths cleaned out
- Clean out all common area toilets and plant/store rooms
- Sweep/mop all firestairs
- Clean all lift surfaces and floor if you have a lift
- Clean all mirrors and glass in front doors
- Ajax the surrounds of front doors
- Mop all foyer tiles or hard surfaced areas
- Ajax any scuff marks off walls as required
- Clean any brass fixtures if required
- Report any issues to strata managers
EXTERNAL CARETAKING SERVICES
When we take over the regular care taking / cleaning of your block of units, we carry out the following tasks whilst on the outside of your building/property:
- Bins and recycling placed out for collection
- Bins returned after collection and rinsed out
- All junk mail picked up from around grounds and from out of garden beds
- Any rubbish dumped around bin area to be placed in bins or disposed of
- External lights checked and blown globes replaced
- Any grates around paths cleaned out and kept free of debris
- All paths around building swept/Blown
- All weeds around paths will be sprayed or pulled out
- Underground garages vacuumed or swept out, not blown
- Any grafitti or other issues reported to Strata Managers
- Any other further maintenance required ie, lawns or gardens would be reported to committee or managers
